		<description>This is a toad in Houston, but not what is commonly called the Houston Toad (Bufo houstonensis).  This is obviousely a very young, small toadlett.  (There is even a bit of the tail left.)  Houston Toads are no longer found around Houston.  There is a red spotted toad in Texas, but it too is not found around Houston.  It&#039;s hard to tell adult markings on such a young animal, but I think it would be pretty safe to call this a Woodhouse Toad (Bufo woodhousii).  Enjoyed the pictures, Donald.
